 Owner, Jessica Comegys


Jessica is the owner of Glow Alchemy Kitchen & Caspiana Catering, a mother of one, and a former pastry chef who has transitioned into a health coach. She is on a mission to assist individuals, both women and men, who share her desire to improve their diets and embrace a life of wellness. Jessica is dedicated to equipping them with the necessary tools to lead their best lives.

With certifications in holistic health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, recipient of the young professional 40 under 40 award in 2020 and a background in culinary arts, Jessica is a well-rounded professional. She regularly contributes to Lola Magazine in north Louisiana, where she imparts her knowledge of party planning, recipe skills, and empowers local women to achieve their goals.

Message from Jessica: 
I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming support I have received in starting this branch of Caspiana Catering. Caspiana is the little community that once was about 12 miles south of town; plush Red River bank town scattered with pecan groves and cotton fields. This is where my family resides, where I feel a sense of home. A place that is rich in tradition with a love for fresh produce and free range cattle. Chickens are left to roam free and the fruit trees blossom in spring causing a rich aroma to fill the fresh air. It is my home and now I am bringing some of that tradition to you!
